Who we are

The Asociación Chilena de Coaching (ACC) (Chilean Coaching Association), a non-profit corporation, was formed in December 2005 by a group of professionals, with the objective of diffusing coaching as an excellent directive tool and as an activity that makes people aware of their abilities and forgers of their own destiny.

Its Vision is to be an active part of the group of institutions and leaders who are interested in and are capable of giving the guidelines to the profession of coaching, so it is proposed as a pioneer organization in the diffusion, promotion, and accreditation of this activity in Chile, under international level ethical and professional standards.

In this way, the ACC will serve as guarantor of an activity that stimulates human  development and performance, directing it towards an integral perspective, offering

different means and solutions to improve communication and relationships, both at a professional as well as a personal level.

Among its activities, the ACC will also serve as an Accreditation Center for Coaches, through special certifications and validations of previous experiences. Moreover, it will serve as a center for developing research and ongoing improvement of the activity and will promote alliances and validation with national and international instruction centers.

Joseph O'Connor has been named as Honorary President of the Asociación Chilena de Coaching, one of the best known trainers and coaches in the world. He is co-founder of the International Coaching Community (ICC) and author of 18 books, translated into 24 languages, many of which are catalogued as Best Sellers.
